Our first outfit in medical services was the founding of Az-Zahrah Islamic Medical Centre (AZIM) Bandar Baru Bangi, established in October 1997. Hospital Penawar is located in the heart of Pasir Gudang, one of the main industrial town in Malaysia, 35km east of Johor Bahru. Hospital Penawar currently occupies 4 blocks of four storey units in Pasir Gudang Business Centre, with 80 inpatient beds and 10 clinical disclipines.

The Institut Jantung Negara, also known as the National Heart Institute, founded in 1992, is dedicated to serving the needs of heart patients by providing cardiology, paediatric cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery services for both adult and paediatric cases. The institute has a highly competent team of cardiologists, paediatric cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, cardiac anaesthetists, support staff and the most up-to-date equipment to handle emergencies and even the most complicated cases.

The IJN is one of the largest heart centres in the region and has, since being founded, maintained an excellent standard of care.

Kinta Medical Centre offers a wide range of outpatient and services and facilities supported by dedicated medical consultants, nurses and other support and administrative staffs. It was in 1964, the late Mr. Foo Yet Kai bought the Chung Thye Phin Villa from the family of a late kapitan and donated the property for setting up of a private hospital known as Our Lady Hospital. Kinta Medical Centre was formed in the 1980s when the Foo Yet Kai Foundation took over the operation after the former administration of the Sisters of Franciscan Missionaries of the Divine Motherhood.
