Background

In 2012, IMU Health Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of IHH Healthcare Berhad, acquired Pantai Education Sdn. Bhd, which operates Pantai College of Nursing and Health Science. Subsequently, both Pantai Education Sdn Bhd and Pantai College of Nursing and Health Science changed their names and are now known respectively as IMC Education Sdn. Bhd. and International Medical College (IMC).

When Pantai College of Nursing & Health Science, now known as IMC, first opened its doors to students in 1993 for the Diploma in Nursing program, its motto was: Students’ Success. Since then, this goal is remains the same, and every year, IMC makes a difference to the lives of many students who graduated with a Diploma in Nursing.

At IMC, we do not just impart academic knowledge to our students, we guide them to attain the required skills and develop the correct attitude to function as safe and competent nurses and become life-long learners. To assist our students to adapt to college life, IMC provides pastoral care and counselling services.
