Rafflesia Medical Centre is a privately owned medical centre offering primary and specialized tertiary healthcare services. RMC is located in Taman Millenium, Penampang along the Jalan Lintas highway. It is strategically located within minutes from the city centre and Kota Kinabalu International Airport. RMC currenly has a 14 bedded ward with ample room for future expansion. 20 more rooms are planned for the individual temperature control, complete with attached bathrooms and television set. KPJ Damai Specialist Centre
Background
Damai Specialist Hospital is the 14th network in the KPJ Healthcare Group and has completed its exapansion plan since August 2008. Phase 1 involves building new hospital wing while Phase 2 involves the renovation of the existing block. Since completion of the expansion project, the hospital is providing new outpatient clinics, two operation theatres, new Dianostic Imaging Services and inpatient beds will increase from 24 to 56 beds by mid of 2009.
