Adventist College of Nursing and Health Sciences
Background
Upon approval by the governmental authorities in October 1992, Penang Adventist Hospital established the Adventist College of Nursing and commenced offering a Three-year Diploma Nursing program in September 1993. In September 1994, offered the 15-month conversion program to convert the existing nursing aides to assistant nurses. A total of 3 batches of assistant nurses were trained. Thereafter the conversion program was stopped and replaced by the 24-month Assistant Nurse Certificate Course which started in January 1998.
Since its inception, the college has been committed to educating knowledgeable, competent, and compassionate nursing professionals for more than a decade. There are more than 600 alumni employed in a variety of health care positions throughout the country as well as abroad. With the educational programs, a long-standing tradition of providing quality health care education in a hospital setting continues.
The college has been renamed the Adventist College of Nursing and Health Sciences (ACNHS) from January 1, 2011. The ACNHS is proud of its excellent reputation for preparing graduates to pass national licensure examinations and to practice as registered nursing professionals.

The Hospital Fatimah School of Nursing is a private Nursing School in the state of Perak offering the Certificate in Assistant Nurse (24 months course) and Diploma Conversion Programme from Assistant Nurse to Registered Nurse (18 months course). There has been a 100% pass rate tradition since its inception in 1994. The introduction of the Bachelor of Nursing (Honours) programme was approved by the IIUM Board of Studies on the 10 January 2002, IIUM Senate on 24 March 2004 and Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia (MOHE) in 15 June 2004. The curriculum of this programme obtained the approval from the Nursing Baord Malaysia in 3 August 2006. And, Public Service Department of Malaysia in 12 June 2008 approved certification of Bachelor of Nursing (Honours) from IIUM as equivalent as other Bachelor offered.

In 2012, IMU Health Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of IHH Healthcare Berhad, acquired Pantai Education Sdn. Bhd, which operates Pantai College of Nursing and Health Science. Background
The establishment of Murni Nursing College (Murni) is traceable to the Az-Zahrah Islamic Medical Centre located in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor. Murni was officially formed on 1 July 2003 by its founder Ridzwan Shoib and Abdul Rahman Mt Dali.
Murni started its first academic session on 24 August 2004 with Diploma in Nursing programme. The establishment was further accelerated after an MOA signed between the college and the Ministry of Health Malaysia in February 2005.
