Site updates

Please note the following changes:

1) The Usage and Disclaimer page has been updated. This is to reflect the removal of the need to register in order to comment on this blog. However, in order to comment you have to provide a valid and verified email. Comments are subject to moderator approval.

2) Malaysian doctors are invited to co-blog. In order to do you need to do both of the following:
a) Join our Malaysian doctors forum (it’s free)
b) Send feedback that you want to be a co-blogger

3) I have readjusted the widgets a bit. In order to enable you to locate sections faster, the Posting Categories drop down selector is now on the upper part of left hand panel
