Complaint against aesthetic clinic

Hi, I have a very bad experience with one of the local aesthetic clinic, may I know where can I file a complain on them? Please advice,

Sorry you had a negative experience. Clinics are supposed to have a “grievance mechanism” clearly displayed as specified under the PHFSA (Private healthcare facility and services act). Our advice is to go through this mechanism first as it may be some matter or misunderstanding which can be cleared up with the person in charge of the clinic.
If there is a specific complaint about a doctor, that subsequently can be directed to the Malaysian Medical Council. Please see this page for more information.
