Medical regulations 2017

Practicing doctors should be aware of the upcoming Medical Regulations 2017 which will be coming to force 1 July, except for some parts stated otherwise)

Things to note:
1) Professional indemnity will be compulsory and tied to your APC (this is for both public and private doctors)
2) NSR registration will be compulsory for specialists
3) In the future (beginning 1 January 2019) CPD points will be compulsory – 20 points for APC. 100 points over 5 years for NSR
